Detailed Stages of "Buy Together"

1- Send us the information of what products you plan to buy.

2- Let us evaluate the product and give you a feedback about our schedule and pricing of our service.

3- If you are satisfied with our feedback, send us more details about the design and technical specifications of your order.

4- We start the sourcing of the products and send you a data sheet showing the prices, pictures, drawings and contact information of suppliers.

5- If you wish to proceed on your own and do the rest of the purchasing stage with your own team, we only charge you sourcing service fee.

6- If you wish to continue our cooperation for the whole process, we follow the steps below:

Price/quality analysis by sampling and supplier audits. We must understand the reasons of price differences of each supplier. Remember, every price is made with a reason.
We discuss design requirements and technical specifications with the shortlisted target suppliers who are capable to realize our demand.
We check the material and packaging prices to analyze the manufacturers' actual production cost.
We negotiate the terms of guarantee, spare parts, failure penalties and after sales technical support with the suppliers. Remember, purchasing doesn't ends up just by making the payment of products. We must understand how capable the manufacturer to bring solutions to the after sales period.
After we submit our overall sourcing report to you, we have an evaluation meeting to make the final decision with which supplier to proceed.
We request final samples from the selected manufacturers and sign an official agreement. There are plenty of tricks that a manufacturer might use to make their business deal more profitable. As a result of our experience, we avoid their tricks and make the most reasonable deal with them.
When the order is placed, and deposit payment is made, we follow the manufacturing process and keep on visiting the manufacturing site to ensure the products, software, packaging and spare parts are being done as agreed.
When the production is totally done, we do a final audit before making the final payment.
When the goods are ready for shipping, we will be ready at the loading site to ensure the packages are being loaded carefully and properly. There is a high chance of product or packaging damages due to improper truck or container loading.
We finalize the process with the selected forwarder and ship the goods to the final destination.
If there are damages or losses during the shipping, we report the problem to the forwarder and follow the insurance process.
